Major ethncities  in the U.S. include: German, Mexicans, and African Americans. Germans make up the largest majority etc U.S. , while Mexican, and African Americans make up the largest minority ethnic groups in America and are still growing in number, as shown in the map to the right.

     Mexicans are mainly located toward the South West, and South regions. African Americans are mainly in the Southern regions, and this is mainly because when they first came to America that is where most had to settle involuntarily. Germans are relatively on the top portion of the U.S. but are spread across from coast to coast. American Indians are situated in large groups. The Irish ethnicity are mainly located in the state of Utah, which is also where polygamy is legal.
